The History behind JDC Construction

JDC Construction has been in business now since 1984.
We are a small company, generally working on one job at a time.
Jeff Combelic has been doing construction ever since his summer jobs
back in high school over 35 years ago.

Here is a typical day on the site. This shot in particular is during the addition of his own basement.

JDC Construction is located in historic Gold Hill Colorado.
We work throughout Boulder County and the surrounding areas.
JDC Construction specializes in custom homes, additions, remodels,
renovations, basement creation, and solar/alternate building techniques.

Jeff often works along side of the crew. In this shot he plans to plumb up the forms for a concrete pour.


We take pride in attractive and intelligent design, accurate
estimating, quality work and on-time delivery. We
particularly enjoy working with our clients from the
beginning to create a product tailored to their tastes,
needs, and budget. We also work on projects that have
already been designed.
