welcome

Additions are a large portion of our workload.
The homes of the past are often too small for today's needs.

Cruz-Uribe Residence - Boulder County, CO.
A master bedroom, bath and walk-in closet are under construction in this photo.

Bales/Heisterkamp Residence - Lafayette, CO.

A 560 square foot office on the first level with a new bath and master suite upstairs.
Reconfiguring of deck stairs, a new entry walkway to office door, and repainting of
the entire house help create a fresh new look and incorporate the addition and the
old house. A new furnace/air conditioning unit were fitted into the attic of the addition.
It also provided cooling to the upstairs portion of the addition.

Maslanka Residence - Gold Hill, CO.
This over 100 hundred year old Gold Hill residence had a kitchen and bathroom
added on the first story and another bedroom added upstairs. Also running
water and a septic as well as a propane fired Dover gas log stove
turned this into a year round residence.

Solomon Residence - Gilpin County, CO.
This one room log cabin on South Beaver Creek Road had an upstairs master bedroom,
downstairs dining/sitting, and a sun room added to it.

Stepanek Residence - Gold Hill, CO.
A pitched roof to replace a flat roof over the greenhouse and a second story
"mother in law apartment" addition over the central element. Note: this is the first residence
Chogyam Trunpa Rinpoche stayed in Colorado. It was originally a goat shed !  But had already
been remodeled into a living space by the time he moved in. The greenhouse was added
later and then we were asked to make the above mentioned additions.

Cambelic Residence - Gold Hill, CO.
In 1984 Jeff cuts, braces, and jacks up the roof of his house to create a second story.
