In 1998, we were chosen to erect the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse gift!
This treasure was confined to wooden crates at the Boulder sewage treatment facility for 8 years.
In December of 1998 the Teahouse finally starts its intricate assembly.

It's exciting to be able to present our work in this fashion! JDC Construction has
been in business since 1984. Jeffrey Combelic who established JDC, has been
doing construction ever since his High School summer days, over 35 years ago.
JDC Construction is located in historic Gold Hill, Colorado and performs work throughout
Boulder County, and surrounding areas. JDC Construction specializes
in custom homes, additions, remodeling, renovations, basement creation,
solar design and alternative building/energy techniques.
JDC is one of the original "Green Builders". We are currently launching a new division
called Hybrid Homes which will combine passive solar design, solar cell
roofing,
and if so desired, wind power. Optimally we envision an average home with 40%
lower heating bills and at least 60% less electric bills. There are currently federal,
state, and Xcel rebates that can substantially offset costs.
We take pride in attractive and intelligent design, accurate estimating, quality
work and on time delivery. We particularly enjoy working with our clients from
the beginning to create a product tailored to their tastes, needs, and budget. We
also work on projects which have already been designed.
